When does the Box Office open for my show?
30 minutes to curtain time. although stage right bar opens earlier for libations.

When does the House open?
15 minutes to curtain time.

How many seats are there?
Stage left has 74 seats and stage right has 60 seats. The stage is very close up and intimate.

How is seating arranged?
Some events offer General Admission. Others events allow seat choice upon checking in.

Is their concessions?
Tasty Cabs, Merlots, etc. and fresh cold beer in the stage right bar downstairs.

Elevator access and ADA seating?
Yes. Please call in advance if possible.

Is there late seating?
No late seating for theater shows. Improv or Music ok.

The Sutter/Stockton garage is close and reasonable. Street parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays. Pay close attention to all signs on the street.

Do you take credit cards?

What banks are nearby?
BofA and Wells Fargo 1/2 block away.

Where are the Bathrooms?
Two are on the entry level first floor and two are on the second floor.

What about classes?


Can we rent the theaters?
Yes. Classes, readings, poetry, music, plays, talks, meetings, etc.

Rental Specs

The theaters are available for rent during the daytime and/or evening hours.
Here are the basic costs:

Basic hourly rental is $20 per hour from 8AM -6PM (M-F)
Basic hourly rental is $25 per hour from 6PM-12AM and Sat/Sun
Cost for performance rental ($300) per show.

All monies need to be paid in advance and no refunds are allowed as your booking the time.
Staff and rehearsal time is extra.
Stage lights are for shows. Work lights are for everything else.
